At Savasana Yoga School the retreat combines yoga methods with a friendly place to live. Every day gives you a chance to connect with your body watch your breath calm your mind and learn more about the ideas of yoga.
The whole experience focuses on feeling good and healthy of tests grading or learning how to teach others.
Rishikesh offers a place to get away from the noise of regular life. The Ganges, the foothills of the Himalayas quiet surroundings, yoga groups and spiritual ways of living make a place where slowing down feels easy.
Staying for a time also helps you go past the first period of getting used to things. Of just joining a few separate classes you can create a regular schedule and see how yoga, meditation, mindful eating and rest all work together.
